Milk Tart

- 1 prepared graham cracker crust or make your own shopping list
- 4 c milk shopping list
- 1 T butter shopping list
- 1 c sugar shopping list
- 2 eggs shopping list
- 3 T cornstarch shopping list
- 3 T flour shopping list
- 1 T vanilla extract shopping list
How to make it
- In saucepan, bring the milk and butter to a boil
- Cream the sugar, eggs, cornstarch, flour and vanilla extract
- Add some of the hot milk to the creamed misture and then pour it into the pot and heat gently stirring constantly until it thickens
- Do Not Boil
- Pour filling into pie crust and dust lightly with cinnamon
- Cool in refrigerator until set

This is another that my grandaughter would be able to do. Sounds very good! It is little like egg custard.
