How to make it

  • In a glass mixing bowl dissolve gelatine in hot water
  • Add sugar and lemon juice and mix well
  • Chill until slightly set
  • In another mixing bowl beat the chilled evaporated milk at high speed until fluffy, adding the salt while beating
  • Slowly fold the milk mixture into the slightly set gelatin until well mixed
  • Mix the crushed cookies with the melted butter and line a pie dish or individual cups with a thin layer along the bottom and sides
  • Pour the lemon mixture over the crushed cookies and chill thoroughly until set
  • You can top with lemon zest to decorate

    Now...this one look YUMMY !! i have to try..tell you the truth..i don't know how to make dessert that will..but i'm going to try this one..i'll let you know how it's turn out. Sound easy!!
