How to make it

  • 1. Preheat oven 350 F.
  • 2.Grease baking sheets and put waxed paper.
  • 3.Beat egg whites until stiff peaks form.
  • 4.Add sugar, flour, cinnamon and ground almonds.
  • 5.Fold ingredients in egg whites, .
  • 6.Put in pipping bag.
  • 7.Pipe 2 inch long fingers, giving them some space.
  • 8.Bake 25 min. until light brown.
  • 9.Cool for a few minutes and sift powder sugar on top
  • 10.Remove from sheets and enjoy
