Taiwan Cole Slaw Recipe

Taiwan Cole Slaw Recipe
My husband loves slaw of all kind so everytime I obtain a new estate sale collection the first thing I look for is slaw. This is one I obtained several years ago and he requests it often. Hope you love it as much as he does.

This really sounds good and Ive been looking for a new slaw recipe. However I have one problem, ever since my pregnancy I cant eat ginger, (it makes me sick). how would it taste without it?

No worries...Not that important to the recipe. Leave it out. The recipe will be fine.
