Ingredients
  • 2 Cups flour
  • 1 teaspoon Baking Powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 Cup Butter,softened
  • 1 Cup Brown Sugar
  • 1/4 Cup granulated sugar
  • 2 Eggs
  • 1 Cup Cottage Cheese
  • 2 teaspoon grated Orange Peel
  • 2 Tablespoon Orange Juice

Directions
  1. Combine flour,baking powder and salt,set aside
  2. In large bowl cream butter and the sugar until light
  3. Beat in Eggs,Cottage Cheese,orange peel and orange juice until smooth
  4. Gradually stir in flour mixture
  5. Drop by rounded teaspoonfuls 2" apart on greased cookie sheet
  6. Bake at 350 degree for 12 to 15 minutes or until to springs back when lightly pressed.
  7. Remove to racks to cool
