Cottage Cheese Cookies

A some-what healthy cookie
Ingredients
- 2 Cups flour shopping list
- 1 teaspoon baking powder shopping list
- 1/4 teaspoon salt shopping list
- 1/2 Cup butter,softened shopping list
- 1 Cup brown sugar shopping list
- 1/4 Cup granulated sugar shopping list
- 2 eggs shopping list
- 1 Cup cottage cheese shopping list
- 2 teaspoon grated orange peel shopping list
- 2 Tablespoon orange juice shopping list
How to make it
- Combine flour,baking powder and salt,set aside
- In large bowl cream butter and the sugar until light
- Beat in Eggs,Cottage Cheese,orange peel and orange juice until smooth
- Gradually stir in flour mixture
- Drop by rounded teaspoonfuls 2" apart on greased cookie sheet
- Bake at 350 degree for 12 to 15 minutes or until to springs back when lightly pressed.
- Remove to racks to cool
