Oyster Parmesan Cheese Bake Recipe

Flavorful appetizer pairing oysters and garlic.

Ingredients
- 2 pints oysters, freshly shucked without liquor
- 1/4 c butter
- 1 T lemon juice
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1/4 c seasoned bread crumbs
- 1 c parmesan cheese,shredded
Directions
- Place oysters in the bottom of a shallow baking dish. Melt butter and add garlic and lemon juice, pour over oysters. Sprinkle with bread crumbs and parmesan cheese.
- Bake at 375 degrees for 15 minutes
- Serve warm with hot sauce if desired.

I've only eaten them raw. This sounds great. Sometimes we pick up many on the beach after a storm. Last week we go close to 100 oysters.
