Oyster Parmesan Cheese Bake Recipe

Ingredients
  • 2 pints oysters, freshly shucked without liquor
  • 1/4 c butter
  • 1 T lemon juice
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1/4 c seasoned bread crumbs
  • 1 c parmesan cheese,shredded

Directions
  1. Place oysters in the bottom of a shallow baking dish. Melt butter and add garlic and lemon juice, pour over oysters. Sprinkle with bread crumbs and parmesan cheese.
  2. Bake at 375 degrees for 15 minutes
  3. Serve warm with hot sauce if desired.

I've only eaten them raw. This sounds great. Sometimes we pick up many on the beach after a storm. Last week we go close to 100 oysters.
