Ingredients
- 11/2c chopped white onion
- 1tsp ground cumin
- 1tsp chili powder
- 11/2 lb. medium shrimp,peeled and deveined
- 2 garlic cloves,minced
- 2 Tbs. butter
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/8 tsp hot pepper sauce
- 1/4c fresh lime juice
- 1/4c finely chopped green onions
- Lime wedges
Directions
- Heat a large nonstick skillet coated with cooking spray over med-high heat. Add onion;saute 3 mins. Add cumin,chili powder,shrimp and garlic;saute 4 mins.. Remove from heat;add butter,salt and hot sauce. Stir until butter melts. Stir in juice and green onions. Garnish with lime wedges, if desired.
