This makes enough for about 4-5 uses depending how much pork you are cooking.

Ingredients
  • 4 T. black peppercorns, crushed
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 4 tsp brown sugar
  • 2 tsp ground ginger
  • 2 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 2 T. anise seeds, crushed
  • 1 tsp ground cloves

Directions
  1. In a small bowl, stir together the spices. Store in a jar with a tight fitting lid.
  2. Rub spice mixture evenly over pork, coating the entire surface. Cover and refrigerate for 15 min to several hours to boost flavors.
  3. Fry, roast, grill or cook in whatever manner you prefer.
