How to make it

  • In a small bowl, stir together the spices. Store in a jar with a tight fitting lid.
  • Rub spice mixture evenly over pork, coating the entire surface. Cover and refrigerate for 15 min to several hours to boost flavors.
  • Fry, roast, grill or cook in whatever manner you prefer.
