Asian Dry Rub

- 4 T. black peppercorns, crushed shopping list
- 1 tsp salt shopping list
- 4 tsp brown sugar shopping list
- 2 tsp ground ginger shopping list
- 2 tsp ground cinnamon shopping list
- 2 T. anise seeds, crushed shopping list
- 1 tsp ground cloves shopping list
How to make it
- In a small bowl, stir together the spices. Store in a jar with a tight fitting lid.
- Rub spice mixture evenly over pork, coating the entire surface. Cover and refrigerate for 15 min to several hours to boost flavors.
- Fry, roast, grill or cook in whatever manner you prefer.
