Pineapple Blueberry Crunch

- 2(20 oz.) cans crushed pineapple-undrained shopping list
- 2 to 3 cups blueberries(fresh or frozen) shopping list
- 3/4 cup sugar shopping list
- 1 box yellow cake mix shopping list
- 2 sticks butter or margarine, melted shopping list
- 1 cup chopped nuts shopping list
- 1/4 cup sugar shopping list
How to make it
- Preheat oven to 325 degrees F.
- Butter a 9X13 inch baking dish
- Spread in layers the pineapple, blueberries, 3/4 cup sugar(Sprinkled on berries), dry yellow cake mix, melted margarine/butter, and nuts.
- Sprinkle 1/4 cup of sugar on top.
- Bake until brown on top.
- Serve warm or cold.
- Serves 6 to 8 depending on serving size.
