Peach Smoothie

this smoothie I haven't tried but it looks so good... I thought I would put in anyway... it's a recipe from a cookbook called Smoothies.. I hope you enjoy it
Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups orange sherbet shopping list
- 1 ( 11.5 ounce ) can peach nectar shopping list
- 1 (16 ounce ) package frozen peaches or 2 cups peeled and sliced fresh peaches shopping list
- 1 banana shopping list
- 1 cup cubed or crushed ice shopping list
- optional: fresh peach slices and fresh mint shopping list
How to make it
- put the sherbet, nectar, peaches, banana and the ice in the blender container
- blend on till smooth. stopping once to scrape down the sides
- pour smoothie into 4 glasses
- garnish with a peach slice and a sprig of mint
