How to make it

  • Sift dry ingredients into bowl.
  • Cut in like you do for pie crust the butter… it’s easy to add if you grate it with the coarse side of your cheese grater.
  • Add stirring with fork the milk.
  • Knead gently 10 – 12 stroks….
  • Bake fpr 12 minutes at 450 F.

    I think I'll give this a try this Saturday. I have always been able to cook ANYTHING except fried chicken and biscuits but you have inspired me ! :o))))

    I crave biscuits , but am always disappointed at how they turn out. Have to give these a try, if they turn out as good as your Better pancakes they've got to be a winner. I have done the grater thing with butter as I saw Anna Olson, a TV chef do it, and it works grate,er, great. thanks.

    Recipe sounds wonderful!..My husband adds sugar to biscuits and they are wonderful...He also mixes with a spoon as he doesn't like to touch the dough with his hands...Thanks for sharing Berry!
