Ingredients

Dry ingredients:

2 cups sifted flour

4 tp. Baking powdr

Ā½ tsp. Salt

Ā½ tsp. Cream of tartat

2 tsp. Sugar

And:

1/2 cup butter

2/3 cup milk

Directions

Sift dry ingredients into bowl.

Cut in like you do for pie crust the butterā€¦ itā€™s easy to add if you grate it with the coarse side of your cheese grater.

Add stirring with fork the milk.

Knead gently 10 ā€“ 12 stroksā€¦.

Bake fpr 12 minutes at 450 F.
