Ingredients
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup vinegar
  • 1/2 cup mint leaves, finel choped
  • 1/4 cup shredred coconut
  • 1 tsp grond fresh ginger
  • 1 small red onion, chopped
  • Juice of 2 lemons
  • Hot sauce ( as you like)

Directions
  1. Mix all ingredients in the blender and … mix well until you have a paste. Place in a jar and chill…. Uhmmm
