Mint Chutney

Delicious!!!! You can replace Mint for fresh Cilantro… use roots too!!!
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup brown sugar shopping list
- 1/2 cup vinegar shopping list
- 1/2 cup mint leaves, finel choped shopping list
- 1/4 cup shredred coconut shopping list
- 1 tsp grond fresh ginger shopping list
- 1 small red onion, chopped shopping list
- juice of 2 lemons shopping list
- hot sauce ( as you like) shopping list
How to make it
- Mix all ingredients in the blender and … mix well until you have a paste. Place in a jar and chill…. Uhmmm
