Ingredients
  • 2 loaves Pepperidge Farms Rye Party Rounds
  • 2 lbs. Velveeta cheese (Yes, no substitutes)
  • 1 lb. Jimmie Dean's sausage (any flavor but Maple)
  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 TBS Worchestershire Sauce
  • 1 Tsp oregano
  • Cherry tomato slices for garnish

Directions
  1. Brown the sausage and beef, drain.
  2. In a large non-stick skillet cube the Velveeta and cook on medium heat until it starts to melt with the meat in the pan.
  3. Add Oregano and Worchestershire sauce.
  4. Cook and stir over medium heat until mixture is well blended.
  5. Put about 1 teaspoon of mixture on each slice of bread and place on a cookie sheet.
  6. Bake in pre-heated 350 degree oven for 10-15 minutes or until golden brown and bubbly.
  7. Enjoy..

Well- at last I know I am not crazy, my mom used to make these and called them hanky panky's, I tried making them after she passed away, but didn't know about the Worc. Sauce. Thanks for the posting. P.S I use half beef and half sausage for those with tender tummies. Thanks again!!
