Glazed Brie Recipe

Ingredients
- 1/4 cup packed brown sugar
- 1/4 cup chopped nuts (your favorite kinds)
- 1 tablespoon brandy
- 1 (14-ounce) round brie or camembert
- Apple wedges, Pear wedges, celery sticks
- 2 to 3 tablespoons lemon juice
- Crackers, for serving
Directions
- Stir together the sugar, nuts, and brandy.
- Preheat oven to 500 degrees F.
- Bake the brie for 4 or 5 minutes or until the cheese is slightly softened. Spread the sugar mixture in an even layer on top of the cheese and bake for 2 to 3 minutes longer, or until the sugar melts. Serve with the fruit , celery, and crackers. (The lemon juice is to brush on the fruit so that it doesn't brown.)
