A chocolate muffin with Mars Bars added. A double hit for all chocoholics!

Ingredients
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 4 Tbsp cocoa powder
- 2 Tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp baking soda
- 1/2 tsp salt
- dash of cinnamon
- 1 cup milk
- 1/2 cup veg oil
- 1 egg slightly beaten
- 1 or 2 Mars Bars, cut into small, bite-sized chunks
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350F / 170C / Gas Mark 4
- Line muffin tin with cupcake papers, or oil and flour.
- Combine dry ingredients in mixing bowl (mix together with a wisk).
- Add milk, oil and egg. Mix with spoon until dry ingredients are moist..
- Stir in Mars Bar chunks.
- Fill cups to top.
- Bake for 20 minutes. (Do not open oven door for the first 10 minutes.)
- Let cool in pan for a few minutes, then transfer to cooling rack.
