I'm not a fan of fishy tasting fish so have learned to love tilapia for it's very mild flavor. This is great served over a bed of rice.

I love blackened Redfish and chicken. I also love Tilapia although I have never blackened it. I think it would be a perfect fish to blacken and I can't wait to try it. Thanks.

This is the same way I was taught when I attended a cooking lesson by the master of Blackened fish Chef Paul, he used hie owns spices Cajun Magic,at that time, which are nearly the same as yours.

I made this last night for dinner, and my husband LOVED it--he was still talking about it this morning! I served it with brown rice and black beans, and used lime wedges instead of lemon (limes are cheaper, haha!). Thanks for posting this recipe--it's awesome!
