Crawfish Tails Recipe
Another recipe from the Rotel cookbook submitted by J. Radosevich, kenner, Louisiana... This is quick and easy to make... To me this is a classic for the area...Crawfish is very popular this time of the year here...

Ingredients
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 1/4 cup chopped green onions
  • 1/4 cup chopped green pepper
  • 1/4 cup chopped celery
  • 2 crushed cloves garlic
  • 1 jar of your favorite Italian sauce
  • 1 can rotel tomatoes and green chilies
  • 1 pound cooked crawfish tails or you can use shrimp

Directions
  1. Saute the first 5 ingredients.
  2. Then add the next 3 ingredients and simmer for 30 minutes.
  3. Serve over hot steaming rice or speghetti.
  4. No other seasoning is needed.
