Tomato Basil and Couscous Salad

Have fallen in love with couscous....
Ingredients
- 2 1/4 cup chicken broth shopping list
- 1 box couscous, 10 oz. shopping list
- 1 cup green onions, chopped shopping list
- 1 cup plum tomatoes, diced and seeded shopping list
- 1/3 cup fresh basil, thinly sliced shopping list
- 1/2 cup olive oil shopping list
- 1/4 cup balsamic vinegar shopping list
- 1/4 tsp. red pepper flakes, crushed shopping list
- salt and pepper to taste shopping list
- 1 pint grape tomatoes, halved shopping list
How to make it
- Cook couscous according to box directions
- Transfer to large bowl
- Fluff with fork
- Cool
- Mix all ingredients into couscous except tomatoes
- Garnish with tomatoes
