This was delicious! We loved it! I forgot to cook my couscous in the broth and just used water...but next time I'll remember! The tomatoes and basil went very well in this. I did only use cherry tomatoes in mine but I don't really think it made a difference. My husband said it would be good stuffed in chicken too! What a good idea! Anyway hope you like the pic. and thanks Wynnebear for a great recipe!
