How to make it

  • Preheat oven to 425F, and grease 12 muffin cups.
  • Combine all the dry ingredients in a large mixing bowl.
  • Combine all the wet ingredients in a small mixing bowl.
  • Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and gently mix until just combined.
  • Top with sliced banana, pushing slices into muffin tops so they dont fall out.
  • Bake for 15-20 min.

    *harumph* Wish they'd taught recipes like this in my time - would have taken homec myself then, but it was so boring in my day, I learned woodshop and metalcraft instead and got the scars to prove it lol Great one sarah, thanks for sharing.
