Ingredients

1 box dates, chopped

1 cup pecans, chopped

1 can Eagle brand milk

frosting...

1 ( 8oz.) package cream cheese

1 box confectioners sugar

1 stick margarine

1 tsp. vanilla

Directions

Boil together, dates, pecan and eagle brand until thick.Stir often, it thickens easily.

Place 1 tsp. on ach ritz crackers and bake for 8 minutes.

Cool and spread the frosting on each.

FROSTING

Combine all 4 ingredients and mix well.

Frost the crackers.
