Another that is hard to say just how many servings. Has a great taste. Good snack food.
Ingredients
- 1 box dates, chopped shopping list
- 1 cup pecans, chopped shopping list
- 1 can Eagle brand milk shopping list
- frosting... shopping list
- 1 ( 8oz.) package cream cheese shopping list
- 1 box confectioners sugar shopping list
- 1 stick margarine shopping list
- 1 tsp. vanilla shopping list
How to make it
- Boil together, dates, pecan and eagle brand until thick.Stir often, it thickens easily.
- Place 1 tsp. on ach ritz crackers and bake for 8 minutes.
- Cool and spread the frosting on each.
- FROSTING
- Combine all 4 ingredients and mix well.
- Frost the crackers.

Oh my goodness this sounds insanely good! All the ingredients are great but bring Eagle brand into the equation and I'm sold! Can't wait to spring this one on my friends. My 5 to you Bluewater!
