Sloppy Joe Bake

Simple sloppy joe casserole for family gathering.
Ingredients
- 1 lb ground beef shopping list
- 1 c chopped onion shopping list
- 1 can (15oz) tomato sauce shopping list
- 1/2 c ketcup shopping list
- 1/3 c packed splenda brown sugar shopping list
- 2 tsp mustard shopping list
- 1-1/2 c Bisquick baking mix shopping list
- 1 c milk shopping list
- 2 eggs shopping list
How to make it
- Heat oven to 400
- Cook ground beef and onion in large skillet until beef is browned, drain
- Stir in tomato sauce, ketchup, brown sugar and mustard
- Heat to boiling
- Spoon into ungreased 13x9x2 baking casserole dish
- Stir baking mix, milk and eggs with fork until blended
- Carefully pour over beef mixture
- Bake 20-25 mins or until light golden brown
