Spinach Gorgonzola Corn Bread

- 2 boxes (8 1/2 oz each) corn bread mix shopping list
- 3 eggs shopping list
- 1/2 cup cream shopping list
- 1 box (10 oz) frozen chopped spinach, thawed and drained shopping list
- 1 cup crumbled gorgonzola cheese shopping list
- 1 tsp ground black pepper shopping list
- paprika (optional) shopping list
How to make it
- Coat slow cooker with nonstick cooking spray.
- Mix all ingredients in medium bowl.
- Pour batter into slow cooker.
- Cover; cook on HIGH 1 1/2 hours.
- Sprinkle top with paprika for more colorful crust, if desired.
- Let bread cool completely before inverting onto serving platter.
- NOTE: Cook only on HIGH setting for proper crust and texture.
