A real winner! The combination of ginger/orange makes a great sauce. It won over my NON-ginger loving husband. We had steamed broccoli with browned butter and almonds and a mushroom pilaf with this. It was wonderful dinner, thanks to you, Chef.

Kudos Chef! I made this recipe this evening and my husband and I both really enjoyed it. I sauted boneless, skinless chick. breasts in a little olive oil/butter mixture. Used fresh-squeezed o.j. in the sauce. I keep fresh ginger root in the freeze...more
