This recipe is very, very versitle. See comments for other methods of prep, such as baking, saute. The secret is the sauce.

This recipe is versitile and you can cook chicken a number of ways. A variation is to flatten chicken for faster cooking. If flattening and using and pan frying inolive oil, cook all the way. If using whole beasts, saute until golden and then put in oven to finish. This can also be used as a salad. It's just food, make it fun.

A real winner! The combination of ginger/orange makes a great sauce. It won over my NON-ginger loving husband. We had steamed broccoli with browned butter and almonds and a mushroom pilaf with this. It was wonderful dinner, thanks to you, Chef.

Kudos Chef! I made this recipe this evening and my husband and I both really enjoyed it. I sauted boneless, skinless chick. breasts in a little olive oil/butter mixture. Used fresh-squeezed o.j. in the sauce. I keep fresh ginger root in the freezer, so just took it out and used my microplane to grated. I don't rate recipes unless I try them. and I give you 5 forks because this is a keeper and I'll be making it again this summer on the grill!
