How to make it

  • Place cheese, mustard and beer in bowl and press cheese down until it is covered by beer. Cover and let stand for one hour at room temperature.
  • Cream butter in food processor or mixer. Add cheese, beer mixture and all other ingredients. Season to taste with additional pepper or salt, if desired.
  • Pack into crocks or other bowls and refrigerate for up to two weeks. Serve at room temperature with crackers.
