Moist and tasty. Could probably get away with 1/2 cup molasses, if you are concerned about sugar content. I also added chopped apples.

This sounds interesting and I think I will make it today since my husband doesn't like much sugar in anything he eats. Will let you know how it turns out. I'm going to use mini-cake pans to make them in!

I´ll make my next muffins (love muffins) with this recipe as I adore cinnamon, but never tried with molasses. Apple sauce is a very interesting ingredient I have experimented with, by using applesauce instead oil or butter in my muffins recipes and there is no difference except for the lesser amount of calories¡¡

    Cook time?

Does the molasses not stick to the muffin tin without greasing?
