Ingredients

20 oz frozen chopped spinach

6 eggs, well beaten

3 cups herb seasoned stuffing mix

1 large onion, finely chopped

3/4 cup milted butter

1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese

2 teaspoons pepper

1 1/2 teaspoon garlic salt

1/2 teaspoon thyme

Directions

Cook spinach according to package directions; drain well and squeese to remove excess water.

Combine spinach and remaining ingredients; mixing well.

Shape mixture in 3/4 inch balls and place on lightly greased cookie sheets.

Bake at 325 degrees for 15 to 20 minutes

Yield: 11 dozen
