Ingredients
- 20 oz frozen chopped spinach
- 6 eggs, well beaten
- 3 cups herb seasoned stuffing mix
- 1 large onion, finely chopped
- 3/4 cup milted butter
- 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 2 teaspoons pepper
- 1 1/2 teaspoon garlic salt
- 1/2 teaspoon thyme
Directions
- Cook spinach according to package directions; drain well and squeese to remove excess water.
- Combine spinach and remaining ingredients; mixing well.
- Shape mixture in 3/4 inch balls and place on lightly greased cookie sheets.
- Bake at 325 degrees for 15 to 20 minutes
- Yield: 11 dozen
