Ingredients
- 2 Large tortillas shopping list
- 1 Bunch scallions Diced shopping list
- 1 Medium bell pepper Diced (Red or Yellow) shopping list
- 1/4 lb sliced mushrooms shopping list
- 1/2 Cup sour cream shopping list
- grated cheese (optional) shopping list
- 3 eggs shopping list
How to make it
- Add the scallions, green pepper, and mushrooms and saute in a greased pan
- add eggs .
- Stir the contents of the pan to mix as it cooks.
- Add the mixture to tortillas and top with sour cream.
