How to make it

  • Mix all ingredients except stock, meat, vegetables and cornstarch together in a measuring cup.
  • Cook onion and pork until done in wok on high heat.
  • Remove from heat and add sauce.
  • Blend cornstarch in 1 tablespoon cold water and add to mix.
  • Return to heat and add vegetables.
  • Cook until sauce thickens.

    Wow this is a wonderful dish but a couple of things I wish to note.
    1. there is no measurement for the soya sauce or ginger. For the soya sauce I used t tbsp. and for the ginger I used 1 tsp ground ginger.
    2. Check the level of heat for your curry powder I used medium and the full 1 1/2 tsp which was just right for us.
    3. There is no place in the instructions as to were to add the bouillon cube. I added it into the hot water so that it could mix in.
