This is a Wonderful Steak that my Husband cooked on the grill tonight. I don't know where the idea came from but it was great. The prosciutto was very crispy and the steak was very tender. No steak sauce for this one! (Once again I forgot to take... More

Ingredients
- 2 Beef Tenderloin Steaks
- 4 slices Prosciutto
- Horseradish Cheese
Directions
- Cut pockets in the tenderloin and stuff with horseradish cheese.
- Wrap each steak with 2 slices of prosciutto
- Sear over hot coals on both sides and take off of direct heat. Continue to cook at lower temp until cooked as desired. About 15 minutes for medium.
