Filet with Prosciutto

How to make it
- Cut pockets in the tenderloin and stuff with horseradish cheese.
- Wrap each steak with 2 slices of prosciutto
- Sear over hot coals on both sides and take off of direct heat. Continue to cook at lower temp until cooked as desired. About 15 minutes for medium.
