How to make it

  • Cut pockets in the tenderloin and stuff with horseradish cheese.
  • Wrap each steak with 2 slices of prosciutto
  • Sear over hot coals on both sides and take off of direct heat. Continue to cook at lower temp until cooked as desired. About 15 minutes for medium.
