How to make it

  • Crush 9 of the cookies (using a food processor or a zip-lock bag and rolling pin) to fine crumbs and set aside to use later.
  • In a medium bowl, crush the remaining cookies to fine crumbs.
  • Add softened cream cheese and mix until well blended.
  • Roll cookie mixture into about 45 balls, 1 inch in diameter.
  • Dip balls in chocolate and place on a cookie sheet covered with wax paper.
  • Sprinkle with reserved cookie crumbs.
  • Refrigerate for about an hour.
  • Enjoy!
  • **You can also roll these more like logs and slice them before serving**

    I agree with Jett and Kismet these sound really good. My father was career Navy and my mother has some of the best recipes she picked up over their 35 years of active duty from bases all over the world. Great source of great recipes. Thanks for posting.
