Easy Quick Bread With Secret ingredient no one will guess! Delicious warm right out of the oven with a pat of butter.

Ingredients
- 1 Cup Oil
- 4 Eggs
- 1 15oz Can Pumpkin
- 1/2 Cup of Coconut Milk
- 1 Tablespoon Ginger
- 1/2 Tablespoon Nutmeg
- 1 teaspoon ground Cloves
- 11/2 Tablespoon Cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 1 teaspoon Baking Powder
- 2 teaspoons Baking Soda
- 31/2 Cups Flour
- 1 Cup White Sugar
- 1 Cup Brown Sugar
Directions
- Combine Oil, eggs, pumpkin and Coconut Milk
- Mix Well
- Add Spices, Salt, Baking Soda, Baking Powder, Flour, and Sugars.
- Mix for 7 min.
- Bake at 350' in greased and floured bread pans for 50 to 60 min. Or until knife comes out clean and bread springs back to touch.
