Ingredients
- 3 eggs-medium hard boiled and sliced
- 1 large cucumber pared and sliced to desired thickness
- 1/2 tomato chunked
- 2 black olives large sliced
- 2 tblsp dressing
- gorgonzola bits
- 1/2 red onion half-moon slices
Directions
- put all ingredients in a bowl
- mix up
- season
- and that's it!
