Ingredients

1 package of 5 Italian sausage(sweet or spicy I sometimes do a pack of both)

1/2 large vidalia onion peeled n chopped

1 green pepper seeded n chopped

1 can pizza sauce

Directions

Boil sausage 20 minutes, drain add onions n peppers saute till veggies are tender. Pour pizza sauce over top n simmer on low 45-50 minutes. Serve on warm sub buns.

I've also made this ahead n put in crock pot on low n let cook for few hours till ready to serve.
