How to make it

  • Peel and slice one Jicama
  • drizzle lime juice over the Jicama
  • shake on Greek seasoning to taste
  • Put on a pretty plate and you are ready to serve

    I love jicama, too - what an interesting combination of flavors...will try this one for sure - would make a great summer snack to munch on without all the guilt!

    I had to go to the store.. and picked up a Jicama... and greek seasoning... These are the perfect snack ... fresh.. and not fattening! Thanks.. A 5 to ya!
