Spinach And Artichoke Au Gratin Recipe
This baked spinach and artichoke casserole is a great side dish for any dinner occasion.

Ingredients
  • 26.5 oz.) jars marinated artichoke hearts,drained
  • 3(3oz.) pkgs. cream cheese
  • 4Tbs. butter,softened
  • 6Tbs. milk
  • 3(10oz) pkg. frozen chopped spinach-thawed,drained and squeezed dry
  • 1/3c grated parmesan cheese
  • salt and ground black pepper to taste

Directions
  1. Place artichokes in the bottom of a 11/2qt. baking dish
  2. In a mixing bowl,beat together the cream cheese and butter until smooth. Blend in milk and stir in spinach. Mix together until smooth.
  3. Pour into baking dish and sprinkle top with cheese,salt and pepper;refrigerate for 24 hours.
  4. Preheat oven to 350,bake for 30 mins. or until heated through. Place under the broiler to brown the cheese topping.

This sounds very good, Pleclare. I lovr the combination of spinach with artichoke. One usually finds this combo as a dip, but I like this where you can serve it as a side.
