Spinach and Artichoke Au Gratin

- 26.5 oz.) jars marinated artichoke hearts,drained shopping list
- 3(3oz.) pkgs. cream cheese shopping list
- 4Tbs. butter,softened shopping list
- 6Tbs. milk shopping list
- 3(10oz) pkg. frozen chopped spinach-thawed,drained and squeezed dry shopping list
- 1/3c grated parmesan cheese shopping list
- salt and ground black pepper to taste shopping list
How to make it
- Place artichokes in the bottom of a 11/2qt. baking dish
- In a mixing bowl,beat together the cream cheese and butter until smooth. Blend in milk and stir in spinach. Mix together until smooth.
- Pour into baking dish and sprinkle top with cheese,salt and pepper;refrigerate for 24 hours.
- Preheat oven to 350,bake for 30 mins. or until heated through. Place under the broiler to brown the cheese topping.

This sounds very good, Pleclare. I lovr the combination of spinach with artichoke. One usually finds this combo as a dip, but I like this where you can serve it as a side.
