- 2 cups shrimp, cooked and cleaned shopping list
- 3 tablespoons white wine shopping list
- 1 medium onion, finely chopped shopping list
- 1 clove garlic, minced shopping list
- 1/4 teaspoon salt shopping list
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup shopping list
- 3 tablespoons butter shopping list
- 1 teaspoon curry powder shopping list
- 1/4 cup fresh, green, seedless grapes shopping list
- 4 tablespoons sour cream shopping list
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice shopping list
- dash of pepper shopping list
- 3/4 cup fresh mushrooms, chopped shopping list
How to make it
- Melt butter in a saucepan.
- Add onions, mushtooms, garlic, salt and pepper.
- Cook until onions are clear but not brown.
- Add soup, curry, grapes, sour cream, lemon juice, and wine.
- Stir.
- Add shrimp, mixing well.
- Serve as a casserole or in individual baking shells.
- Note: I serve this with French cut green beans which have been finely chopped and mixed with 2 cups cooked rice.
