Ingredients

How to make it

  • Melt butter in a saucepan.
  • Add onions, mushtooms, garlic, salt and pepper.
  • Cook until onions are clear but not brown.
  • Add soup, curry, grapes, sour cream, lemon juice, and wine.
  • Stir.
  • Add shrimp, mixing well.
  • Serve as a casserole or in individual baking shells.
  • Note: I serve this with French cut green beans which have been finely chopped and mixed with 2 cups cooked rice.
