How to make it

  • CREAM WELL, FLOUR ,CREAM CHEESE AND 1/4 POUND BUTTER.
  • FORM INTO 24 SMALL BALLS.
  • REFRIGERATE FOR 1 HOUR.
  • PRESS INTO MINIATURE CUP CAKE PANS.
  • MIX TOGETHER BROWN SUGAR, PECANS,EGG,VANILLA AND 1 TABLESPOON BUTTER FOR FILLING.
  • PUT FILLING IN CENTER OF CUP CAKES AND BAKE 20 MINUTES AT 375 DEGREES F.
  • YIELDS 24

    Like Jett the name got my attention! Then, the simplicity got it even more!! These sound as easy as cheesecake tarts -- I still have those darn pecans left over from Christmas baking; I'm going to do a bunch of these! Thx for the post!!
