Ingredients

1 Head iceberg lettuce,shredded

1/2 Cup green onions , diced

2 or 3 chopped tomatoes

1/2 Cup green pepper chopped

1/2 Cup celery, chopped

1 can water chestnuts, sliced

1 large bag frozen peas, thawed and drained

1/3 Cup parmeasean or cheddar cheese, shredded

4 Hard boiled eggs, diced

1/2 Cup cooked bacon, chopped

2 Cups Mayonaise

1/4 teaspoon salt

1/4 teaspoon ground pepper

Directions

In a deep bowl layer : (in order)

Lettuce

Onions

Celery

Pepper

Tomato

Chestnuts

Peas

Cheese

Eggs

Bacon

Spread Mayonaise over top

Do Not mix

Cover and refrigerate overnight

Garnish with tomatoes and green onions

Toss when ready to serve with salt and pepper
