Seafood Lasagna Roll-Ups Recipe

Ingredients
  • 15 ounce can Italian style tomato sauce
  • 4 regular lasagna noodles
  • 8 ounce package imitation crab
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2/3 cup cottage cheese
  • 1 egg
  • 1 Tbsp parsley flakes
  • 1/4 tsp onion powder
  • additional grated Parmesan (optional)

Directions
  1. Cook noodles according to package directions.
  2. While noodles are cooking, cut the imitation crab into chunks.
  3. Beat the egg.
  4. Thoroughly combine imitation crab, parmesan cheese, cottage cheese, egg, parsley flakes and onion powder.
  5. Divide filling into 4 equal portions.
  6. When lasagna noodles are cooked, rinse in cold water and drain well.
  7. When they are drained, spread filling mixture on each noodel.
  8. Roll noodles tightly, and place seam-side down in an 8 inch square baking dish.
  9. Pour tomato sauce over top.
  10. Cover and bake for 30 minutes.
  11. Sprinkle with additional grated cheese if desired.
  12. Serve immediately.
