Ingredients

1 CUP SUGAR

2 TABLESPOON BUTTER, SOFTENED

1 EGG, BEATEN

2 CUPS ALL -PURPOSE FLOUR

1 TEASPOON BAKING POWDER

1/2 TEASPOON BAKING SODA

1/2 TEASPOON SALT

3/4 CUP ORANGE JUICE

1 CUP CRANBERRIES, CHOPPED

1/2 CUP CHOPPED NUTS

Directions

BLEND TOGETHER SUGAR, BUTTER AND EGG.

ADD REMAINING INGREDIENTS; MIX WELL AND POUR INTO A GREASED 9 X 5 LOAF PAN.

BAKE AT 350 DEGREES FOR 45 TO 50 MINUTES

MAKES 1 LOAF....
