THE NAME SAYS IT ALL A HOLIDAY BREAD FESTIVE AND FUN, AND OH SO TASTY, FROM CHRISTMAS IN THE COUNTRY

Ingredients
- 1 CUP SUGAR
- 2 TABLESPOON BUTTER, SOFTENED
- 1 EGG, BEATEN
- 2 CUPS ALL -PURPOSE FLOUR
- 1 TEASPOON BAKING POWDER
- 1/2 TEASPOON BAKING SODA
- 1/2 TEASPOON SALT
- 3/4 CUP ORANGE JUICE
- 1 CUP CRANBERRIES, CHOPPED
- 1/2 CUP CHOPPED NUTS
Directions
- BLEND TOGETHER SUGAR, BUTTER AND EGG.
- ADD REMAINING INGREDIENTS; MIX WELL AND POUR INTO A GREASED 9 X 5 LOAF PAN.
- BAKE AT 350 DEGREES FOR 45 TO 50 MINUTES
- MAKES 1 LOAF....
