Julie, this is lovely, and with just the right touch of cinnamon. But, pardon my ignorance, what is "tembleque"?

Tembelque is just a Latin American name for this pudding. Don't really know what it means. Glad you like the recipe! Thanks. You should join my new group "going coconuts", especially if you're a coconut fan as I am. julie

Sounds very good Julie!

This just sound so good, and so comforting! Maybe I can make some this week! Wonderful recipe.

I love coconut but I rarely have it with cinnamon. This sounds like a tasty pudding to try. Thanks!

Tembleque is one of the traditional desserts for Xmas in Puerto Rico. Yummi!!!

The name tembleque is because the consistency of the dessert is like Jello. Temblar means shake in Spanish.
