Tembleque-coconut Pudding

- 4 c coconut milk shopping list
- 1/2 c sugar shopping list
- 1/2 c cornstarch shopping list
- 1/4 t salt shopping list
- garnish: ground cinnamon, cinnamon sticks, toasted coconut shopping list
How to make it
- In a saucepan mix together cornstarch, sugar and salt
- Whisk in coconut milk and simmer over low to med heat
- Stir constantly until the mixtue thickens
- Pour into serving dishes, chill for at least an hour
- Garnish with cinnamon, cinnamon sticks or toasted coconut
