How to make it

  • Preheat oven to 350. Butter a 2 quart casserole dish and set aside. Place bread cubes in a mixing bowl, add milk, stir and set aside until cooled. To bread mixture add remaining ingredients until blended. Pour in to casserole dish and place in oven for 30-40 min or until toothpick inserted comes out clean. Cool pudding for about 20 min. Scoop onto serving dish and spoon Citrus sauce over and ENJOY!
  • FOR SAUCE:
  • ½ cup brown sugar
  • 1 Tbs cornstarch
  • ½ stick butter melted
  • ½ cup orange juice
  • ½ tsp brandy extract
  • ½ tsp pineapple extract
  • In a small bowl mix cornstarch and sugar and set aside. In a small saucepan over a medium heat place sugar and cornstarch mixture, butter and orange juice, then whisk until blended. Cook until sauce thickens or coats the back of a spoon. Turn off the heat and stir in extracts. Spoon over pudding.
