Lace Cookies

- Serves 48
These little goodies are great with afternoon tea.
Ingredients
- 1 stick butter shopping list
- 1 cup brown sugar shopping list
- 1 cup quick oats(uncooked) shopping list
- 2 Tablespoons flour shopping list
- 1 teaspoon vanilla shopping list
- pinch of salt shopping list
How to make it
- Mix all ingredients and chill
- Roll into little balls about the size of a marble
- Place on cookie sheet FAR apart as they melt down as they cook
- Bake at 375 degrees for about 7 minutes
- Makes about 4 dozen.
