Cow Plop Cookies

- A big bowl shopping list
- 1 cup shortening shopping list
- 1 cup margarine shopping list
- 2 cups brown sugar shopping list
- 2 cups of white sugar (granulated) shopping list
- 3 teapoons vanilla shopping list
- 4 eggs- lightly beaten shopping list
- 4 cups flour shopping list
- 2 teaspoons baking soda shopping list
- 2 tablespoons paking powder shopping list
- 2 cups cornflakes shopping list
- 1 cup of nuts of your choice (or raisins if you do not like nuts) shopping list
- 1 cup coconut shopping list
- 1.cup chocolate chips shopping list
How to make it
- In large bowl melt together the shortening and margarine.
- Blend in the sugars, vanilla and beaten eggs
- Add the flour and baking soda and baking powder
- Mix in the remaining ingredients
- Drop by large spoonful onto lightly greased cookie sheet leaving some space between the drops for spreading)
- Cook for 15 minutes or until done (I like mine a bit softer than most)
- Makes large, flat cookies and servings will depend on how big you make your "plops"
- Smaller "plops" will make more servings for you if needing a large amout of cookies for an event or gathering
