Pistachio Nut Bars

- 2 cups raw, unsalted and shelled pistachios (Trader Joes!) shopping list
- 2 cups of almond flour shopping list
- 1 can of sweetened condensed milk shopping list
- 1/2 cup of chocolate chips shopping list
- 1/2 cup white chocolate chips shopping list
- 1/4 cup of butter (1 stick) shopping list
- *If you do not want to make this wheat-free and stay with the original recipe for the Magic Layer Bar cookies, substitute the almond flour for 1 1/2 to 2 cups of graham cracker crumbs. shopping list
How to make it
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- Pour the melted butter into a 13x9 inch pan covered in Release Aluminum foil leaving extra on the sides for easy removal.
- Pour the almond flour (crushed almonds) directly over the butter and spread evenly over the bottom of the pan.
- Sprinkle the pistachios over the crust evenly.
- Sprinkle the white and chocolate chips.
- Pour the condensed milk over the chips as evenly as possible.
- Bake for 20 minutes and then cool completely.
