  • 1/2 cup white chocolate chips

  5. Sprinkle the white and chocolate chips.
  6. Pour the condensed milk over the chips as evenly as possible.
  7. Bake for 20 minutes and then cool completely.

What a wonderful variation on the layer bar, Annie - I love pistachios, and I know this is going to be a hit! And I've never tried almond flour - this is my excuse to go buy some! Thank you...Krum

i guess i need to go try it now!
;)
thanx!

Almond "flour" is made out of ground almonds. If you like almonds, this is a great product to use in any cookie recipe. It adds a chewy consistency to any cookie and is healthier to use the regular flour. You can find it in most big markets and all health food stores. Its amazing as a base for cheesecakes, too!

This is wonderful, I love pistachio. Great stuff.
