How to make it

  • Grind thinly the outer rind of 3 Lemons.
  • Set aside to dry about 1 1/2 hours.
  • When dry, pound very fine, sift with the sugar and place in a jar with lid.
  • ***I also do this with Oranges, Grapefruit etc.***
