This is a old fashioned family recipe. Perfect to use with desserts or in a perfect Ice Tea. Enjoy! :)

Ingredients
- 1 Ibs. of Sugar
- The rind of 3 Lemons or other Citrus
- Jar with lid
Directions
- Grind thinly the outer rind of 3 Lemons.
- Set aside to dry about 1 1/2 hours.
- When dry, pound very fine, sift with the sugar and place in a jar with lid.
- ***I also do this with Oranges, Grapefruit etc.***
