catalina crock pot pork

this is so good and almost too easy..i use it either shredded for sandwiches or for main course..
Ingredients
- 1 2-3 pound pork loin roast shopping list
- 1/2 to 1 bottle Catalina dressing..i use low fat shopping list
How to make it
- i do use crock pot liners as they make life easier, so that first
- pour some of dressing in crock pot...
- add pork, fat side down
- add rest of dressing, using your judgement..you will want at least half the bottle...that should be enough
- cook on low for 8-10 hours...can even cook overnight longer on low
- if you want this for sandwiches, shred meat with fork occasionally
- for main course, be careful not to stir too much as meat is so tender, it will fall apart...hope you like it...great for busy cooks
- i also use this on chicken breasts..so good
