Ingredients
  • 1 2-3 pound pork loin roast
  • 1/2 to 1 bottle catalina dressing..i use low fat

Directions
  1. i do use crock pot liners as they make life easier, so that first
  2. pour some of dressing in crock pot...
  3. add pork, fat side down
  4. add rest of dressing, using your judgement..you will want at least half the bottle...that should be enough
  5. cook on low for 8-10 hours...can even cook overnight longer on low
  6. if you want this for sandwiches, shred meat with fork occasionally
  7. for main course, be careful not to stir too much as meat is so tender, it will fall apart...hope you like it...great for busy cooks
  8. i also use this on chicken breasts..so good
