Mine kind of hurry up meal on work days thanks

Now this is good... Thank you! Something simple and FAST!

I made something similar to this last night. I subed the mushroom soup for celery soup since me and the fiance dont like mushrooms, and it called for a red wine. I just used some dry red wine i had in the fridge. I didnt like it all that much. I think the onion soup is too salty and I think the wine made the sauce taste weird, Chris liked it, but I think maybe i will just make this with beef gravy next time. I was scared to use the sour cream because Chris isnt a fan of sour cream and I didnt know how strong the cream would taste. Anyway, I am sure your recipe is good, this was just a general warning about the onion soup being salty. :)
