Peanut Butter Pork Chops Recipe

Ingredients

6 PORK CHOPS

1 MEDIUM ONION CHOPPED

1 CAN CREAM OF MUSHROOM SOUP

1/2 CUP PEANUT BUTTER

2 CUPS WATER

Directions

BROWN PORK CHOPS IN OIL

REMOVE FROM PAN

PUT PEANUT BUTTER AND SOUP IN PAN AND HEAT ADDING WATER GRADUALLY

ADD CHOPS AND ONION

BRING TO BOIL

REDUCE HEAT AND SIMMER FOR 50 MINUTES

SERVE OVER RICE OR NOODLES
