Nutty Buddies

These are so easy and taste like Little Debbie's Nutty Buddy bars. I'm not including amounts since you can just make as much as you want. I'll sometimes just make 6 of them so we won't eat them all!
Ingredients
- buttery crackers, I use Ritz shopping list
- creamy peanut butter shopping list
- almond Bark chocolate shopping list
- wax paper shopping list
- Variation, White almond Bark plus 1 Tbsp. peanut butter for every 3 chunks of bark shopping list
How to make it
- Spread half the crackers with peanut butter
- Place the other half of the crackers on top to make a sandwich
- Melt the almond bark in the microwave in a shallow bowl
- If you're using the white bark, stir in the peanut butter after you've melted the white bark
- Set one cracker sandwich in the bowl and using a fork, turn it over to coat the other side
- Slide the fork under the cracker and lift up and let the chocolate drip back into the bowl before setting it on the wax paper
- Let the cookies cool completely before eating
- Store in airtight container

OMG...OMG...OMG.....have to make now, I love Little Debbie Nutty Bars, it will be nice to make up a batch of these and pig out. Thanks for a great post.

You my dear have spoken to my heart. I would always have Nutty Bars every day when ever I was pregnant. I just had to have them. I will be making these soon. I hope I don't get pregnant lol. Thanks for the great post. MJ
